Planning for 2012:

Four proposals have been accepted this year for the partnership. Courses will be announced in January 2012. These exciting collaborations will bring new possibilitites to Alberta Teachers:

  1. English as a Second Language/Early Language Learning [ESL/ELL]
    • Video recording and learning guides from an ESL workshop
    • Webinars on ESL and ELL topics
    • Online Community of Practice
  2. Beginning Teachers webinars for new teachers who could not attend the New Teachers Workshop
  3. First Nations, Meti, Inuit webinars covering the new curriculum from a student/parent/community/curriculum specialist and classroom teacher perspective
  4. Early Learning Professional Development key materials for the classroom teacher
